Definitions

Personal Data – personal data made available by Users and collected through the Service, processed by Fudo Security sp. z o.o.
Policy – this Privacy Policy of the Service.
Service – the Internet service at the domain fudosecurity.com.
User – entities visiting and using the Service, including through the transfer of Personal Data.

§1General Provisions

The Controller of Personal Data is Fudo Security sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Aleje Jerozolimskie 178, 02-486 Warsaw, KRS 0000224900.
The protection of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable data-protection law; data is stored on secure servers.
We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. A secure encryption protocol (SSL) is used.
Personal data submitted through the "Contact" page is treated as confidential and is not made visible to unauthorized persons.

§2Scope and Purpose of Processing

If the User submits a form available on our website or holds a User Account, we process data such as: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, and company / registered office address, on the legal bases described below. We are also the Controller of Personal Data for persons who have given consent to receive marketing/commercial information and for persons who have consented to profiling.

Personal data is processed:

in accordance with data-protection regulations and this Policy,
to the extent necessary to establish, shape, amend, terminate and properly perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
to the extent necessary to fulfil legal obligations to which the Controller is subject (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
to the extent necessary for the Controller's legitimate interests, provided this does not violate the User's interests or fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
to the extent covered by the User's consent – e.g. subscribing to a newsletter, requesting a product demo, receiving marketing/commercial information, or profiling (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to fulfil the above purposes, in particular:

for a concluded contract – until its conclusion, and thereafter for the period required by law or to secure possible claims; where the User has consented to processing after the contract ends, until that consent is withdrawn,
to fulfil the Controller's legal obligations – until those obligations are fulfilled,
for the Controller's internal administrative purposes – until the underlying legitimate interest ceases to apply or the User objects,
for a newsletter, marketing/commercial information or profiling – until the User withdraws consent.

We reserve the right to process the User's data after termination of the contract or withdrawal of consent solely to the extent necessary to pursue or defend against claims, or where national, EU or international law requires us to retain the data.

The Controller may make the User's data available to entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law-enforcement authorities). Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area to service providers we use, such as our analytics provider, on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g. the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

We have implemented data encryption and access controls to minimize the impact of any potential personal-data security incidents.

Personal data is processed only by persons we have authorized, or by processors bound to us by a data-processing agreement.

§4Cookies

The fudosecurity.com website uses cookies – small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser, which let the server recognize a previously visited device.

The information collected concerns IP address, browser type, language, operating system, Internet service provider, time and date, location, and information submitted via a contact form.

We use this data, including via Google Analytics, to monitor how the website is used so we can make navigation more efficient. Cookies let us remember User preferences and adapt content and advertising accordingly; the collected data is used only within our company to optimize our operations.

§5Marketing Consents

Consent to be contacted by telephone, e-mail or postal mail by the Controller for the purpose of presenting product or service offers is voluntary and separate from the processing described above.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, and to withdraw consent at any time; data is processed until consent is withdrawn, and withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
